They apply to new users from 14 October 2026 and to customers who accepted the earlier documents from 13 November 2026. Rewritten against how Gramdesk actually works, for customers worldwide: every service provider named; AI processing described; billing as it works today (plans, trials, 1/6/12-month periods, auto-renewal and retries); deletion through Instagram, the console or email. New: Cookie Notice with a consent banner, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors, Acceptable Use Policy.
