1 Summary

#

Our website at gramdesk.io uses analytics and session recording only if you agree. Until you choose Accept in the banner, neither Google Analytics nor Yandex Metrica is loaded, neither sets a cookie, and Sentry records no session. If you choose Reject, they are never loaded. You can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page; rejecting after accepting deletes their cookies.

The console at console.gramdesk.io stores what it needs to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your settings — and needs no consent for that. It records no sessions; when an error happens, Sentry receives a masked recording of the moments before it, on the basis of our legitimate interest in diagnosing errors.

None of the cookies or storage we use is for advertising. How the data is used is explained in our Privacy Policy.

In plain words

Analytics on the website only if you say yes. The console stores just what it needs to work.

sentryReplaySessionsession storageSentry: links the parts of one masked session recordinguntil the tab is closedYes

Yandex Metrica's session recording (Webvisor) is switched off. Only if you accept does Sentry record some sessions to help us fix problems; all text, everything typed and every image are masked in your browser before a recording is sent, and Sentry keeps no cookie for it. Error reports to Sentry need no consent and store nothing on your device. Rejecting after accepting deletes the Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica cookies and Metrica's _ym* items in local storage.

3 The console

sentryReplaySessionsession storageSentry: links a masked recording of the last moments, sent only if an error happensuntil the tab is closedNo — strictly necessary or functional

Signing out removes the sign-in items. You can clear the rest in your browser's settings. The Sentry item links a masked recording of the last moments, sent only if an error happens, to help us diagnose it (legitimate interests); the console never records whole sessions.

4 Third-party requests

#

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts and the console loads its font from Google Fonts too, so your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when it fetches them; Google Fonts sets no cookie. Pictures from Instagram that appear in the console are loaded from Instagram's servers.
