This policy is part of the Terms of Service. You may not use Gramdesk to:
- break any law, or help anyone else do so;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or buy, sell or scrape contact lists;
- defraud, phish, impersonate a person or business, or mislead people about who they are talking to;
- harass, threaten, bully or incite violence or hatred against anyone;
- sell or promote illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or regulated goods without the required licences;
- publish or send sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- collect or use End users' data for purposes they would not expect, or sell it.
You must follow Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and Meta's messaging policies, including its rules on when a business may message a person and how automated replies must behave. Do not use Gramdesk to get around limits Instagram sets, to manage accounts you are not authorised to manage, or to contact people who did not contact you first where Instagram's rules forbid it.
Do not use AI features to generate content that this policy forbids, to make people believe they are talking to a human where the law or Meta's rules require you to disclose automation, or to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects. Do not try to make the AI reveal its instructions or other customers' data.
Do not probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission; overload it; get around plan limits, AI-credit limits or security measures; access another workspace's data; or resell the Service without our agreement. If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at support@gramdesk.io.
To report abuse through Gramdesk — spam, fraud, harassment, or a rights violation — write to support@gramdesk.io with the Instagram account concerned, what happened, and when. For content on Instagram itself, also use Instagram's own reporting tools.
We may investigate, remove access to features, suspend or close a workspace, or report to Meta or the authorities, depending on how serious the breach is. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it; we may act at once where there is a risk of harm or a legal requirement.
We may update this policy; changes are recorded in the change log and material changes are announced as § 18 of the Terms describes.
